Dr. Katherine Kirkinis is the CEO and Founder of Wanderlust Workplaces. She has a Ph.D. in counseling psychology and doctoral-level training in vocational psychology and Career Testing. In addition to her clinical work, her research and consulting work is focused on diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace. She brings with her a background in recruiting and talent management and specializes in training Career Coaches to work with adults around issues of career identity and career indecision. She is a published author, and she has been featured in academic journals as well as popular media outlets. Her research has been published in 14+ peer-reviewed journals and presented at 10+ national APA conferences.
